I just want to thank you personally for everything, as well as all the team for their help (all the emails, replying back and forth, etc).
The whole team made me feel well during the procedure and made sure I’m ok the whole time. (I forgot her name, but the lady that was working with me most of the time was great and super nice).
Even getting the bag with the pillow and hat was a nice gesture.
