Your staff the day of the procedure was really wonderful. They were all so naturally warm, friendly and good natured it put me completely at ease at a stressful time. They were also competent and worked well together throughout the day. I appreciate that you thoughtfully took the time to make a few sets of revisions to get a result that you were happy with and that you had the confidence to engage one of your assistants for a second opinion. Most Dr’s want to project that they know everything and it was refreshing to see.
I am hopeful for an excellent result and will surely be in touch in any event. I’ll call your office and arrange to come in to have my stitches removed in 9 more days.
