Hair Transplant Repair Before & After Case 70

Result of reparative case of a complete hairline excision, followed by FUE hair transplant using scalp and beard hairs This patient presented with prior plug grafts performed elsewhere many years prior. Because of how low his plug grafts were and how many grafts there were, the decision was made to excise the complete hairline which left a fine line scar. Then four months later hair grafting was performed, using scalp and beard hairs to create a full restoration with as natural an appearance as possible.
