Richard “Rick” Gonzales, DNP, CRNA

As a certified registered nurse anesthetist, Rick has been a part of Dr. Epstein’s practice since 1996, playing a key role in patient comfort and safety. Every patient in the practice has the opportunity to undergo his or her hair transplant procedure under twilight sedation, while general anesthesia is typically administered for hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery. Rick’s calm demeanor, expertise, and precise anesthesia technique help put patients at ease from the moment they arrive, and his presence throughout every surgery reflects the practice’s unwavering standard of care.

Andrea Antelo, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Andrea works with Dr. Epstein overseeing the medical management component as well as assisting in the OR performing FUE graft extractions. She is committed to treating the patient as a whole and leverages her training and skill set to help patients look and feel their best. Andrea has managed medical therapy plans and OR operations for the practice since 2018.

Steffany L. Rodriguez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Steffany is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, alopecia treatment, and nonsurgical hair restoration therapies. For over six years, she has worked with Dr. Epstein focusing on optimizing medical management for hair loss in men and women as well as working in the OR performing FUE graft extensions. Caring and attentive, she holds multiple nursing certifications.

Nina Garcia, RN, SMP Provider

In addition to overseeing pre- and post-procedure care for Dr. Epstein’s patients, Nina is the licensed SMP provider for the practice, combining her medical knowledge with her command of aesthetics.
