Unusual reparative hair case, on a patient with prior grafts by another surgeon, which left an unnatural appearance. Another surgeon had attempted to do FUE punch removal of the prior grafts, leaving additional scarring and not improving the appearance. Note that FUE punch removal can be a very effective procedure, but in this case, the patient was better treated with a bilateral brow lift-like excision of not only the prior grafts but also the scarred skin, healing as a fine line scar.
