Result of a surgical hairline advancement/forehead shortening procedure, performed on an African-American male. In this case, the hairline was lowered by 1.5 inches in a single procedure. These procedures are usually not performed on men due to the risk of male pattern hair loss in the future, but this patient was a very good candidate.
