Result of hairline lowering surgery to excise entire prior transplanted hairline. This hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery was performed to significantly improve the density from two prior transplant procedures done elsewhere that did not provide sufficient density. By advancing her original hairline, the patient’s entire grafted area could be removed, including the scarred skin, and her new hairline brought forward.
