Result of hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery plus hair grafting. 37 yo male desired maximal lowering of his hairline. He underwent first FUE hair grafting with 1700 grafts to establish a strong frontal hairline, followed by hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery to achieve further lowering, then several months later he underwent another 1000 grafts to further strengthen his hairline and fully conceal the fine line scar.
