Result of reparative procedure involving FUE removal and 2600 FUE grafts from both the scalp and beard. Patient’s prior transplants done elsewhere left him with an unnaturally rounded/blunted hairline and inadequate density. He underwent FUE removal of 250 hairline grafts plus an additional 2600 grafts of which 1600 came from the beard due to a partially depleted donor area from his prior work, with the hairs placed at a much more natural direction and angulation and a more natural hairline design.
