Result of hairline lowering surgery to repair prior transplants. This patient underwent hair grafting to lower her hairline, but due to insufficient density chose to undergo hairline lowering surgery that permitted her original hairline to be brought lower and allowed for the removal of her entire prior transplanted area. She is shown one week after surgery.
