Hello Roxy and Dr Epstein, I hope you’re well. I’ve been meaning to send you an update on my eyebrows which are looking pretty great in my opinion. There are a couple of spots where I’d like to see a little more growth but overall I’m extremely happy.
Anyway, I love my eyebrows-so thank you!
I hope you are doing well.
I just wanted to check in with you before I leave Miami, and to say that I had a great follow up eyebrow procedure on Wednesday. It was nice to see Doc E and his team again, and it was a great experience. Everybody was very kind and helpful and I enjoyed the procedure. Knowing what to expect (having had the first procedure) made it much easier and more relaxing…and my eyebrows look great! I also had very minimal swelling/bruising compared to the first time, I am sure the medication that I took helped.
Doc E. suggested that I send him some photos to review when the new grafts grow in – I guess in about 9 months or so time, which I will do.
While not something immediate, I also mentioned that my eyelids are starting to “droop”. Doc E. said that he would be able to do an upper blepharoplasty procedure in the future if this became more problematic.
Thanks and warm regards,
*Patient from Dubai, had eyebrow transplant.
Hope you returned home safely.
Just a short note and a very sincere ” Thank You ” for the privilege to observe your extraordinary work. You should be complemented on your professionalism, your caring nature, and excellent results.
When I first started doing hair restoration I was very skeptical, since I seemed overtrained and had so many initials after my name, it seemed like hair transplant surgeons were just worshiping the Yankee Dollar. Thankfully you have change that impression I had, and again you need to be congratulated for your work ethic.
I wish you well and hopefully your necessary suffering will only bring you greater happiness and the truth that lies within your soul.
Thanks again, be well, and I hope to see you soon.
Dear Dr. Epstein,
Trust you are doing great. I have just returned back to India and resumed work. I am doing well and focusing on my recovery at this point.
Just writing in to thank you and the team immensely for calming my nerves, educating me about the procedure in detail, and delivering such wonderful natural looking results. Cindy, Susie, Dan, Danny and Natalie were all truly amazing and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable both pre and post op. I cannot thank you all enough.
I know I have a lot of healing ahead of me but I am extremely happy with the results – which are not only natural looking but suit my facial profile perfectly. None of my friends and family members have asked me about my nose or chin in isolation; but they do tell me I look great ???? Now begins my long wait for the residual swelling to subside so that the all symmetry is restored and tip/bridge refinements are revealed.
Here are a few pictures taken today. Would love to have your thoughts.
I just woke up. No pain at all. No swelling. Feeling very excited to see my results!
Iced my eyes all day on/off yesterday until I went to bed. Had my Keflex, Percocets, & some Arnica. I don’t think I’ll need Percocets today. Keeping my head elevated at all times.
You & your staff were amazing! I didn’t expect so many nurses in the room & it made me feel so at ease. You explaining each step & what you were about to do also helped. I felt no fear whatsoever.
I’m very scared to go under for the rhinoplasty (I’ve never had a major surgery) but after yesterday’s procedure I know I will be in good hands, as will my sister Samantha.
I appreciate you reaching out. Looking forward to seeing you on Monday. Have a wonderful day.

Before I forget – I wanted to say thank you again. Everything went as I hoped for – and everyone working in your office was very professional. I know I made the right choice! Please thank Jose, Carmen, dan, Lisa, and Kareliaa for me (I hope I have everyone’s names right). It was very clear everyone knew what they were doing and excellent at patient care. You have a very well run office! Don
Hello Dan and Dr. Epstein,
Well, it’s been one year now and I thought that I would drop you both a letter.
Dr. Epstein, you and your team have given me my confidence back! Since seeing you I have lost 15 lbs and now feel like the guy that I used to be.
I no longer hate having my photo taken and at 54, I’m feeling pretty good about myself. So thank you, thank you! I just cannot tell you how your expertise has changed my life!
Hi Dr. Epstein,
I had an eyebrow transplant in early September and just wanted to let you know I am so excited about the results!
I’ll admit I was a bit worried that it wasn’t going to grow in properly but they are doing great! Such a difference .. thanks again for a wonderful job!
Hello Dr Epstein and Dan,
Hope you are both well and wishing you a Happy New Year!
I am on vacation right now and took some time to look back at the photographs I took pre and post-op. I have to say I was quite horrified at how I looked…no wonder I wasn’t really a happy bunny by the time I flew home – my swollen nose was enormous and I was so worried I was going to look like that forever!
Well, the healing process has been quite slow for me and I still have some slight bruising that just won’t shift…perhaps being vegetarian all these years has not been the best thing for my body as I’m sure I am deficient in something…anyway, I wanted to drop you a line to show you how I look these days. Now that I can see what a difference you made, I would like to thank you for what you have done. I am so happy I did it and it is so liberating to be able to have photographs taken whilst I am smiling and actually not hate the result ????
Thank you. I’m doing great. Just on my way to the airport to head home to SLC. You and your staff were delightful. I will be back sometime for a rhinoplasty. My experience at your office was great. Linda was awesome!
You are always welcome to stay at our home if you’re ever in SLC. Have a wonderful day.
